Warehouse skills development A multinational company specializing in the importation and marketing of hardware and industrial safety products is looking for top talent for the position of "WAREHOUSE OPERATOR" in the district of PUNTA HERMOSA (Punta Hermosa 15845 \- BSF Almacenes del Perú \- KM. 40\). If you have at least one year of relevant experience, along with a positive attitude, proactivity, and eagerness to learn, this is your opportunity! **Requirements:** * Not currently enrolled in studies. * Completed secondary education. * Reside in areas adjacent to Punta Hermosa. * Age: 20 to 40 years old. * Experience in warehouse operations, distribution, dispatch, or similar roles. **Working Conditions:** Availability to work rotating shifts: For the first three months, Shift T1; thereafter, rotation occurs weekly and/or biweekly (based on operational needs). T1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM T2: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM Salary: S/ 1,430 Soles \+ Variable Bonus S/ 380 Soles \+ Night Shift Bonus \+ Overtime Pay. Meals covered by the company (70%, increasing to 80% starting from the 7th month). Transportation allowance covered at 70%. Indefinite-term contract.
