Fortex Inversiones, a private fund that connects individuals with secure, transparent investment opportunities focused on growth. **Objective:** Promote and execute human talent processes by selecting top candidates, ensuring their successful integration into the company, and proposing solutions for existing challenges and continuous improvement. Your role will help keep employees aligned with organizational values and goals, while fostering a positive work environment focused on growth, complying with internal policies and legal requirements. **Requirements** * Graduates or final-year students in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources. * Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (operational roles, mid-level and senior management). * Experience in the real estate sector will be valued. * Knowledge of personnel administration, attendance, leave management, performance evaluations, and organizational climate activities. * Proficiency in psychometric tests and recruitment platforms (Pandape, Indeed, etc). * Intermediate level in Excel, Word, and collaborative tools such as Google Drive. * Strong communication skills at all levels, proactivity, organization, analytical thinking for decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. **Responsibilities**: * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational positions, vendors, mid-level, and senior management. * Evaluate applicants for vehicle financing loans. * Develop induction, onboarding, and follow-up processes for new hires and employees in general. * Plan and implement workplace climate initiatives through proposals that promote a positive and productive company culture. * Conduct employee performance evaluations. * Support personnel administration: assist in organizing employee documentation, attendance records, medical leaves, vacations, etc. * Prepare reports for senior management. * Coordinate with other departments to organize quarterly company events. **Working Conditions:** * Employment type: Initial engagement under Service Invoice with transition to full payroll after 3 months, corresponding to the adaptation period. * Work modality: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 2 remote; preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays). * Starting salary: S/.1800 PEN. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
