Ongoing training for assistants and teamwork A leading gastronomy and concessionaire company operating in plants, clinics, universities, and schools is currently recruiting for the position of Cook at its San Pablo Clinic branch — Surco — El Polo. **WORK SCHEDULE** Rotating shift with one day off: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (48 hours per week). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare diverse menus and dishes. * Supervise general cleanliness within assigned work area. * Conduct weekly inventory and manage supplies efficiently. * Demonstrate strong teamwork skills. * Supervise staff. * Provide ongoing training to assistants. * Maintain a positive and responsible attitude toward hygiene and food safety protocols as defined by quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical degree or graduation in Gastronomy or related field. * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in this role (MANDATORY). * Valid Food Handler Health Certificate (valid for six months). * Immediate availability to start work. **BENEFITS** * SME payroll registration from the first day of employment * Family allowance * Bi-weekly payments * Market-competitive remuneration * Excellent working environment.
