Must possess knowledge of restaurant operations supervision, BPM, and HACCP at the restaurant level, have strong presence, be capable of leading high-performance teams, understand inventory control, and possess intermediate-level Excel skills. Cooperative, eager to learn, able to work in teams, solve problems, and execute management instructions! Working hours: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
