Monitor inventories and production costs. **PORCELATINO S.A.C.** is seeking an **Accounting and Finance Manager** to work at its industrial plant located in Chilca (Cañete). We are a Chinese investment company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing porcelain tiles and ceramic wall/floor coverings nationwide and internationally. Required Profile: \- Licensed and registered accountant (mandatory). \- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in management/supervisory positions within industrial companies classified as PRICO (mandatory). \- Proven experience in audits and fiscal inspection processes. \- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting/industrial ERP systems. \- Diploma and/or Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, Cost Accounting, or IFRS. \- Willingness to work onsite at our Chilca (Cañete) headquarters. Main Responsibilities: \* Lead the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual closings. \* Manage monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring compliance with regulations and analyzing variances in financial statements. \* Manage internal audits by implementing action plans, improving accounting processes and policies. \* Monitor inventories and production costs.
