A safe and collaborative work environment A leading water technology company is seeking 3 **PUMPING EQUIPMENT OPERATORS** to perform duties at the **AMERICANA MINING UNIT \- HUAROCHIRI.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor pumping equipment, frequency converters, and auxiliary systems to ensure uninterrupted drainage service during your shift. * Monitor and record system operating parameters (flow rate, pressure, operating frequency, water levels, operating hours, electricity consumption, and alarms), reporting any deviations. * Start, stop, and regulate pumping equipment according to operational conditions and service requirements. * Prepare operation reports, incident reports, and equipment condition reports, ensuring accurate information transfer between shifts. **Job Requirements:** * **Technical education in mechanics, industrial electricity, electrotechnics, mechatronics, or a related field.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in underground mining — **MANDATORY** * Availability to work under a **14-days-on/7-days-off schedule in Huarochirí \- Lima.** * Day and night shifts * Residency in nearby areas (preferred for commuting convenience). **Terms and Benefits:** * **Formal employment under the general labor regime starting from the first day of work.** * **100% coverage under private health insurance (EPS)** (optional provider selection). * Mobility allowance. * Join a **leading company in hydraulic and pumping solutions** for the mining sector. * **Continuous technical training** and opportunities for professional growth. * A safe, collaborative, and operationally excellence-oriented work environment.
