We are seeking a creative, responsible, and proactive **Advertising Design Assistant**, with experience in graphic design and social media management. The position requires a technically skilled individual with aesthetic sensibility and strong organizational abilities to support the creation of visual materials, social media management, and digital advertising campaign development. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum of **1 year of experience in this role**. * Experience as a **Community Manager** (mandatory). * Technical or university degree in **Graphic Design** or **Audiovisual Communication**, or currently completing final academic cycles. * **Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.** * Knowledge of software for **graphic design, social media, photography, video editing, and website creation.** * Must reside in **Surco or nearby areas.** **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Punctual, responsible, and organized. * Proactive with a strong sense of duty. * Ability to **work under pressure and meet deadlines.** * Excellent communication skills and **visual creativity.** * Positive attitude, **detail-oriented and service-focused.** * Aptitude for **quick learning and adaptation.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Management and administration of social media accounts** (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). * Creation and design of **digital and print advertising materials** (banners, posters, brochures, flyers, etc.). * **Production and editing of promotional videos.** * **Content dissemination** across social media and digital platforms. * **Creation and maintenance of institutional websites and blogs.** * Functions of a **Community Manager.** * Support in other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORK SCHEDULE** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:30 a.m. – 4:40 p.m. * **Saturday:** 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * **Formal employment registration** with all statutory benefits. * **Certificate of employment** upon termination of employment relationship. * **Ongoing training** in digital tools. * **Dynamic and collaborative work environment.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,500.00 – PEN 1,800.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have experience as a community manager? * Are you available to start immediately? * Based on your application, do you agree with the proposed schedule? * What are your salary expectations?
