We are currently seeking responsible and proactive individuals for the position of MAINTENANCE STAFF with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: · Experience in general maintenance and cleaning · Availability to work full-time · Residency in areas adjacent to Surco · Responsibility and organizational skills · Male gender and physical stamina · Age between 25 and 45 years (Preferred) RESPONSIBILITIES: · General cleaning and maintenance of our facilities · Perform maintenance tasks related to electricity, gardening, gas, water, painting, and various other repairs · Maintain the proper condition of all work areas · Comply with standards of order, hygiene, and safety BENEFITS: · Formal employment registration · Paid probationary period · Market-competitive salary · Pleasant working environment WORK SCHEDULE: · Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. | Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. — Surco Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
