




Position Summary: We are seeking a communications professional to support the execution of the company’s annual Communications Plan, managing internal and external content and events. Key Highlights: 1. Support in executing the annual Communications Plan 2. Creation of graphic/audiovisual content for internal and external channels 3. Organization and execution of internal events and participation in external events **Join our team** **Your mission:** Provide support in executing the company’s annual Communications Plan. **What will be my responsibilities?** * + - **Internal Communications:** - * Propose and create graphic/audiovisual content for internal communication channels: newsletters, announcements, videos, etc. * Support the organization and execution of internal events. * Provide support in managing merchandising and departmental projects (corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, etc.). * Photographic documentation of internal events and activities. - **External Communications:** - * Support the organization and participation in events, sponsorships, trade fairs, conferences, customer activities, among others. * Propose and create graphic/audiovisual content for specific initiatives on the company’s external channels. * Support content creation for company leaders on Social Media. * Coordinate with agencies for content creation for the company’s official Social Media channels. * Support the execution of departmental projects. **The ideal candidate for this position:** * Graduate in Communications, Audiovisual Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience * Excel proficiency – Intermediate * Power BI proficiency * Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere proficiency * English proficiency – Advanced * Availability to intern from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in La Victoria **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
