**Functions:** * Analyze inventory data to identify daily movements and supporting documentation for each type of transaction, and confirm their traceability in Kardex records and valuation in the cost module. * Validate incoming transactions from purchases and their correct recording in the Kardex. * Validate outgoing transactions – sales, transfers, and their correct recording in the Kardex. * Verify proper valuation of inventory at average cost. * Investigate and justify inventory discrepancies. * Manage and reconcile stock for items with known or unknown shrinkage, as well as negative stock. * Generate and present detailed reports on inventory status, including management indicators and variance analysis. * Propose and implement process improvements. * Keep inventory management systems updated and train staff on their proper use. **Requirements** * Graduate of Accounting. * Knowledge of inventory control and IFRS. * Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory analysis. * Desired knowledge of SAP\-Odoo / Other ERP systems. **Benefits** * Competitive salary (payroll from the first day with all statutory benefits). * Career development opportunities. * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Health insurance. * CTS. * Bonuses in July and December. * Eligibility for family allowance (if applicable). * Paid vacations.
