**FUNCTIONS:** * Responsible for the Procurement Management process and Supplier Management process. * Generate procurement processes in the system and conduct follow-up until delivery. * Timely communicate the status of required purchases to relevant personnel. * Identify potential suppliers, ensuring improved effectiveness in organizational procurement and contracting activities. * Conduct supplier selection, evaluation, and re-evaluation; update the supplier list and report performance indicators. * Coordinate and manage the contracting of required services. * Manage transportation services for product receipt or delivery, as necessary. * Fulfill requirements approved by the Operations Manager, ensuring delivery to respective end users. * Report to and keep the Operations Manager informed about completed activities. * Perform additional tasks arising from the fulfillment of assigned duties, as delegated by immediate superiors within their area of competence or per prior instructions. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Soft skills: Effective communication, Problem solving, Assertive disciplinary management. * Knowledge of Supply Chain or Logistics. * Familiarity with logistics processes and supplier negotiation. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Export and Import procedures. * Two (2) years of experience in similar positions. **BENEFITS:** - Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits effective from day one (General Regime). - Market-competitive salary. - Career development path. - Training opportunities. - Profit sharing, 30-day vacation entitlement, full gratifications, and full CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios). - The company sponsors free SENATI training starting from the fourth month of employment.
