




At iSUDAMERICA we are looking for a **Purchasing Assistant** to provide operational support to the department, ensuring efficiency in managing requests, suppliers, and purchase orders. **Main Responsibilities:** * Register and update purchase requests in the system, verifying information and approvals. * Assist in requesting quotations and consolidating supplier information. * Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, confirming delivery timelines and shipments. * Maintain an updated supplier database and archive purchasing documentation. * Coordinate the receipt of goods and services with the warehouse or end user department. * Generate periodic reports on requests, orders, and deliveries. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or logistics (desirable). * Proficiency in Excel and management systems. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, profit-sharing, family allowance, etc.) * Biweekly payments * 50% covered EPS (optional) * Growth opportunities and career path. * Positive work environment.
