We manufacture, import, and distribute high-quality products for sectors including mining, construction, agro-industry, fisheries, and general industry. We are currently seeking ***01 Logistics and Purchasing Analyst.*** ***Job Mission:*** To manage the industrial hardware company’s procurement, inventory control, and logistics flow, ensuring optimal stock levels, appropriate lead times, and operational continuity. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Perform inventory control and monitor minimum stock levels. * Execute purchase orders and track supplier performance. * Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. * Analyze inventory turnover and prevent stockouts. * Support evaluation of logistics and procurement costs. * Maintain up-to-date information in the ERP/WMS system. * Prepare logistics reports for decision-making. * Conduct cyclical inventory counts and participate in physical audits. * Classify products using ABC analysis for effective inventory management. * Identify slow-moving items and propose write-offs or liquidation. * Coordinate distribution routes with owned or third-party transport. * Generate logistics performance indicators (service levels, lead times, turnover). * Support negotiations with suppliers on pricing and delivery timelines. * Propose improvements to warehouse layout, picking, and warehouse processes. * Provide support for other functions related to the department. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management, preferably within the industrial hardware sector. ***Knowledge:*** Inventory control and management, warehouse processes, ERP and logistics systems proficiency, intermediate-level Excel. ***We Offer:*** * MYPE payroll registration. * Breakfasts or snacks for all employees. * A day off on the employee’s birthday. ***Working Hours:*** ***Monday to Friday:*** 08:00 AM \- 05:45 PM ***Work Location:*** CARABAYLLO \- LIMA. ***IMPORTANT: Must reside in NORTH LIMA*** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * How old are you currently? * What is your salary expectation? * Have you previously worked for an industrial hardware company?
