Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced industrial electrician to ensure the efficient and safe operation of electrical equipment, perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the efficient and safe operation of electrical equipment 2. Perform accurate diagnostics and preventive maintenance 3. Work on continuous improvement of production processes **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Industrial Electricity or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial plants. * Experience in industrial electricity, maintenance, and welding. * Reside in or be available to work in Chilca. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure all electrical equipment operates efficiently and safely, performing repairs and adjustments as necessary. * Install new machinery and equipment, and configure them to ensure proper operation within the production process. * Identify electrical issues and perform accurate diagnostics to resolve them efficiently. * Schedule and carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize the risk of unexpected failures, extend equipment lifespan, and prevent safety failures. * Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, and prepare reports for plant supervision and management regarding electrical installations. * Ensure all work practices comply with safety regulations and standards, and promote a safe working environment. * Work on continuous improvement of production processes, seeking ways to increase efficiency and reduce energy waste. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/ 3000 (S/ 2500 base + S/ 500 fixed monthly bonus). * 50% food coverage at the plant. * Formal payroll registration. * Workplace: Chilca.
