Provide support in daily operational tasks **Location:** Carabayllo, Lima **Position Type:** Full-time, Contract-based (MYPE Regime) **Salary:** S/.1,300\.00 per month **About the Position** We are seeking a **dynamic, proactive candidate with a strong operational focus to join our team as a Quality Control Assistant**. This position is ideal for students in their final academic cycles or recent graduates aiming to gain hands-on plant experience, with high willingness for fieldwork and physical dynamism. **Candidate Requirements** **Education:** Students in their final academic cycles or graduates in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. **Residence:** Must reside in areas near the company **SOL DE SANTA MARIA CARABAYLLO** **Physical Condition:** Willingness and ability to perform purely operational activities requiring physical effort and constant movement between areas (including frequent climbing and descending stairs up to the 5th floor). **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, proactivity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** Support visual inspection and recording of quality standards across various production lines/areas of the company. Conduct constant movement between operational levels and areas to verify process compliance. Timely completion of forms, control reports, and deviation alerts. Provide support in daily operational tasks assigned by the area supervisor. **Benefits and Conditions** Compensation: S/. 1,300\.00 monthly. Payroll: Enrollment in payroll from the first day of employment under the MYPE Regime. **Fixed Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
