At Diverticenter, a leader in family entertainment, we are looking for a **Human Resources Management and Development Analyst** who shares our mission of creating unforgettable experiences for both our customers and our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields Knowledge of: * Psychological assessments * Competency-based interviews * Group dynamics * Report writing Minimum 1 year of experience Reside near Surco or adjacent areas Main Responsibilities: * Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards * Conduct recruitment and selection processes * Identify new recruitment sources and establish agreements with different employment portals * Supervise the onboarding and training process for new staff * Maintain orderly personnel documentation for assembling individual employee files * Supervise and conduct training sessions * Conduct organizational climate assessments * Implement employee loyalty and internal communication strategies * Update HeadCount personnel information * Submit weekly and monthly reports * Provide administrative support to the General Management * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * PEN 1,700–2,000 (subject to evaluation based on experience) * Microenterprise payroll registration **Are you ready to join our great family?** Send your CV to seleccióndiverticenter21 with the subject line: **Human Resources Analyst Applicant**.
