




We are looking for a responsible, proactive intern with excellent personal presentation who wishes to grow professionally in a corporate environment. Initially, she will provide support in administrative tasks, and over time may advance to the role of Commercial Manager Assistant, accompanying meetings and evaluations at our clients' buildings. Responsibilities * Entering and organizing data from physical reports into Excel. * Coordinating with operational staff regarding daily evaluations. * Tracking and recording ongoing evaluations. * Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports and summaries. * Providing direct support to the Commercial Manager in administrative and field activities. * Attending to clients (by phone and in person). * Collaborating with different departments when required. Requirements: * Female candidate with technical or university studies in Administration, Executive Secretarial, or related fields (currently enrolled or graduated). * One year of experience in customer service. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Excellent verbal communication, confidence in speaking, and good diction. * Proactivity, punctuality, and willingness to learn. * Basic proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Preferably residing in areas near Santiago de Surco.
