Active participation in inventory control and documentation. **HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC is seeking a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT for our branch in CHILCA.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical diploma, graduate, or bachelor's degree in industrial administration and/or related fields. * Availability for operational and administrative work. * Forklift experience preferred. * Forklift operator certificate (preferred). * Proven experience of more than **2 years** as a warehouse and dispatch assistant in industrial companies. * Must reside in areas near CHILCA. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the work of operators and transport drivers to optimize resources. * Receive customer invoices and schedule dispatches for immediate attention. * Issue, review, and validate that data shown on internal and external delivery guides is accurate, ensuring data and information integrity. * Review and verify that the quantity indicated on the delivery guide matches the quantity loaded onto the transport vehicle, ensuring optimal dispatch. * Participate in scheduled inventories to keep the Kardex updated. * Notify the Works and Commercial departments upon arrival of raw, tempered, and insulated glass for prompt handling. * Archive documentation related to the Warehouse department to ensure information remains current and up-to-date. **BENEFITS:** * All statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * Birthday leave day (subject to terms and conditions). * Overtime pay. * Profit-sharing. * Complete PPE. * Commuting allowance: LIMA\- CHILCA. **HPD CONTRATISTAS GENERALES SAC** is an equal opportunity employer.
