Position Summary: We are seeking a CAD Operator / Optimization Assistant to manage and schedule production, ensure program compliance, and coordinate corrective actions. Key Highlights: 1. We are an industrial group with over 26 years in the market, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass, Aluminum Joinery, and Accessories, among others. We are currently recruiting a CAD Operator / Optimization Assistant for our Chilca or La Victoria branch. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of ISO standards. * Residence in districts south of Lima (preferred). * Availability to work in Chilca (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Receive, review, and verify production orders from Commercial and Operations departments. * Enter production orders for tempered glass and raw glass (for construction projects) into the system. * Deliver the production schedule to production supervisors. * Optimize dispatch scheduling considering resources, capacity, and time. * Monitor adherence to the production schedule. * Reprogram pending products. * Notify relevant stakeholders of identified issues to trigger appropriate corrective actions. * Track corrective actions to ensure compliance with newly established dispatch dates. * Enter material requirements / replenishment requests (by OTC) into the system. * Submit material requirements to the Production Supervisor for dispatch and receipt. * Update and verify material requirement status against actual delivery dates. * Update the replenishment report. * Record and analyze departmental performance indicators. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract from day one, with statutory benefits. * Commuting allowance (Lima–Chilca). * Perfect Attendance Bonus. * 70% meal allowance. * Health insurance, SCTR, and life insurance as required by law. * Opportunities for career advancement.
