Our company is looking for a candidate for the position of ASSISTANT FOR CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS Requirements: * Studies in accounting, administration or related fields * One year of experience in the area or similar positions * Intermediate level Excel skills * Ability to work under pressure * Committed, responsible and willing to support Functions: * Record and update customer payments in the accounting system. * Prepare **periodic reports** on customer portfolio, received payments and overdue debts. * In charge of the treasury department, upload payments, and perform related tasks. * Analyze **collection indicators** (days past due, portfolio turnover, recovery rate). * Assist in bank reconciliation of collections. * Keep physical or digital files related to collections up to date. * Follow up on payment commitments until fulfillment. * Escalate cases of **severe delinquency** to the legal department or higher management. * Issue and send **invoices, credit or debit notes**. * Monitor **invoice due dates** and carry out corresponding follow-ups. * Review customer account statements and identify **outstanding balances** or discrepancies. * Coordinate with sales or administration departments to resolve claims or adjustments. * Contact customers by phone, email, or visits to **remind and manage pending payments**. Conditions: * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Biweekly payments.
