An influencer marketing agency is looking for a Commercial Assistant Requirements: ·Graduates or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Administration, or related fields. ·Minimum 1 year of experience as a commercial assistant, preferably in the influencer marketing field. ·Intermediate level Excel skills (including pivot tables) ·Excellent writing skills ·Knowledge of digital marketing and influencers. ·Knowledge of budget and quotation management. Main Responsibilities ·**Support in commercial proposals:** Assist in preparing and sending quotations, presentations, and proposals to clients and brands. ·**Negotiation follow-up:** Monitor the status of proposals and keep client or campaign information updated. ·**Document management:** Organize and archive documents and materials in shared folders. ·**Customer service:** Provide support in daily communication, coordinate meetings, and prepare summaries or meeting minutes. ·**Database administration:** Update talent information and suggest new profiles suitable for campaigns.
