




**Tremond Elevators S.A.C.** is seeking a **Management Assistant** to provide direct support to management and ensure the order and continuity of the company’s internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide direct support to the General Management in organizing day-to-day activities. * Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, Accounting, and Human Resources departments. * Monitor the full service flow: technical reports, quotations, procurement, invoicing, and collections. * Prepare and update reports, performance indicators, and internal documentation for each department. * Organize meetings, schedules, and communications. * Provide personal and trusted support to General Management, with high time availability and flexibility. * Systematically manage documents, contracts, and administrative procedures as required. * Establish and measure departmental performance indicators. * Coordinate internal and external activities necessary for the company’s smooth operation. **Requirements** * Graduate or final-year student in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering**, or related fields. * Analytical ability, organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactivity and sound judgment to resolve operational and administrative matters. * Availability to accompany management occasionally when required. **Desired Competencies** * Organization and time management. * Knowledge of management and business processes. * Ability to propose improvements. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Professionalism and handling of confidential information. **Working Conditions** * Monday to Friday, **8:00 am to 6:00 pm**. * On-site work. * Remuneration: **S/ 2,000** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
