Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Planning and Control Assistant to manage orders, schedules, and dispatches in an industrial plant, optimizing resources and time. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently looking for top talent to fill the position of: **PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL ASSISTANT (PPCO) at our Chilca Plant.** **PPCO Assistant / Industrial Plant / Glass Factory** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Technician, Bachelor’s degree holder, or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Prior experience in production or logistics roles. * Knowledge of production management systems. * Familiarity with ISO standards. * Ability to plan and optimize resources. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. * Residence in districts south of Lima (desirable) * Willingness to work in Chilca (mandatory) **JOB MISSION** The primary role will be to manage and enter production orders for tempered and raw glass into the system, deliver production schedules to responsible personnel, and optimize dispatches considering resources, capacity, and time. **WHAT CHALLENGES WILL YOU TAKE ON?** * Receive, review, and verify production orders from the commercial and operations departments. * Enter production orders for tempered and raw glass from construction projects into the system. * Deliver the production schedule to production supervisors. * Optimize dispatch scheduling based on resources, capacity, and time. * Review adherence to the production schedule. * Reschedule pending products. * Notify relevant stakeholders of identified issues to trigger appropriate corrective actions. * Track corrective actions to ensure compliance with newly established dispatch dates. * Enter material requirements / replacement requirements due to OTC into the system. * Submit material requirements to the production supervisor for dispatch and receipt. * Update and verify material requirement status against actual delivery dates. * Update the replacement report. * Record and analyze departmental indicators. **WHAT WILL YOU GAIN BY JOINING OUR FAMILY?** * Competitive market-based salary. * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. * Health insurance, SCTP (Occupational Risk Insurance), and life insurance as required by law. * Perfect Attendance Bonus. * Birthday Leave. * Commuting allowance from LIMA \- CHILCA. * 70% meal coverage. * Work in a highly dynamic environment. * Growth opportunities. **If you are interested and meet the profile, please apply by submitting your CV through this platform so we may contact you promptly.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How old are you and where do you reside?
