Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse for PORCELATINO SAC to support occupational medical surveillance and provide assistance in primary healthcare services for workers. Participate in health and safety awareness programs. *At PORCELATINO SAC, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of* ***Occupational Nurse*** *in the* ***Occupational Health*** *department of our company located in Chilca (Cañete).* *We are a Chinese investment company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware nationwide and internationally.* **What Do You Need?** *\- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (mandatory)* *\- Knowledge and/or at least 6 months of experience in occupational health (preferred)* *\- Specializations and/or courses related to occupational health, emergencies, etc. (preferred)* *\- Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency (preferred)* *\- Availability to work under an atypical work schedule (21x7\) in Chilca (Cañete) (mandatory)* **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** *\- Support general occupational medical surveillance activities to contribute to the prevention, timely detection, and follow-up of workers' health issues.* *\- Provide support in primary healthcare services to promote preventive healthcare and worker well-being.* *\- Manage employees’ clinical records (filing documents).* *\- Prepare monthly activity reports to contribute data for departmental indicator development.* *\- Coordinate and manage the execution of medical examinations.* *\- Administer first aid in case of accidents or other life-threatening incidents occurring at the workplace.* *\- Participate in health and safety awareness programs or talks, especially those related to occupational health and safety.* *\- Monitor occupational accidents and provide accompaniment.* *\- Participate in enterprise risk assessments.* *\- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, the company, or similar.* **What Do We Offer?** *\- Full payroll registration with all statutory benefits.* *\- Mobility allowance and opportunity for overtime pay.* *\- 100% meals and barracks-style accommodation (if required).* *\- Work schedule: 21x7 (day and night shifts).* *\- Opportunity to join a stable company.* Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Are you available to work in Chilca (Cañete)?
