




COMPETENCIES EDUCATION: Minimum: Technician in civil construction or industrial safety. Desired: Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. OTHER KNOWLEDGE (DESIRABLE) * Specialization in occupational risk prevention, safety and health at work, occupational health, safety, and environment. * Interpretation of ISO 45001:2018 standard. * Certification for high-risk work activities. * Supervision of high-risk work activities. * Monitoring of occupational agents. * Technical regulations for personal protective equipment. * Technical regulations for fall protection equipment. * First aid. * Fire extinguisher usage. * Basic AutoCAD. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Train personnel (daily safety talks, new employee induction, emergency drills, safety courses). * Coordinate personnel entry with the client. * Supervise work sites. * Implement all programs established in the Site Safety Plan. * Attend to and investigate workplace accidents. * Conduct SSOMA inspections. * Develop the site's SST, emergency, environmental management, and RRSS plans. * Address field observations within the scheduled timeframe. * Document control (SCTR insurance policy, AST, checklists, daily talks, induction talks, etc.). * Control supply of PPEs and uniforms. * Prepare the project dossier.
