Job Summary: This role focuses on controlling and tracking units, maintenance activities, spare parts, and inventories in the workshop or transportation fleet. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of units and workshop maintenance. 2. Vehicle inventory and spare parts control. 3. Key coordination between maintenance and operations. Responsibilities: \* Register unit arrivals and departures to the workshop. \* Track preventive and corrective maintenance. \* Manage work orders. \* Control spare parts, tires, oils, and consumables. \* Handle physical inventory and system/Excel records. \* Record warehouse receipts and issuances. \* Conduct weekly and monthly inventories. \* Alert for minimum stock levels and procurement needs. \* Support reporting of expenses per unit/license plate. \* Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams. Requirements: \* Experience in workshops, warehouses, or transportation fleets. \* Knowledge of truck spare parts is desirable. \* Organized, responsible, and judicious. \* Availability to work in Chilca.
