Oversee solution architecture design **Job Description** ---------------------- Co-lead and manage application development teams applying the Scrum agile framework, while serving as the primary technical owner. 1. Collaborate jointly with the Product Manager and Designer as the owner of deliverables, quality, and outcomes for assigned projects. 2. Recruit, motivate, evaluate, and develop team members’ career paths. 3. Manage communication both within and external to the teams under management. 4. Foster team cohesion and resolve conflicts among managed teams. 5. Oversee solution architecture design, leveraging either the development team’s expertise or personal knowledge, and seek collaboration with Enterprise Architecture. 6. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date technology across assigned projects and assets. 7. Manage technical debt for teams under management. 8. Work with the development team to improve productivity. 9. Ensure monitoring, detection, and communication of production incidents. 10. Conduct periodic quality reviews. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Engineering roles. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading software engineering teams and implementing solutions. * Experience working with containers. * Experience developing web applications using technologies such as React or Angular (preferred). * Knowledge of backend technologies including Node.js (mandatory), Python or .NET (preferred). * Experience developing RESTful APIs.
