This is our way of developing mining—always adapting to change with committed, inspired, and continuously growing professionals. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#talentedwomeninmining** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Execute underground mine requirements from the short-term production plan to ensure proper airflow, temperature, water, and air conditions. * Ensure compliance with technical restrictions underground according to stope mining sequences. * Update the status of work executions recommended by the technical department. * Guarantee the good condition, maintenance, and standardization of infrastructure required for mine services and ventilation. * Receive operational needs and ensure their execution in daily routines, such as stope preparation, development face setup and rehabilitation, main access routes, and transit paths. * Schedule and ensure the execution of underground haulage way maintenance. * Manage performance through established operational and tactical KPIs, establishing action plans to correct deviations. * Develop mining area personnel by evaluating performance, potential, skills, and PDI compliance. * Provide support to assist supervisors/auditors during external inspections by government agencies (OSINERGMIN), as well as internal audits and inspections both inside and outside the mining unit, coordinated in advance with the HSE department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Mining Engineering or related fields. * 8 years of experience in underground mining. * Knowledge in contaminant control, volume, air velocity, and ventilation circuit design. * Knowledge in mine services (water, power). * Knowledge in fluid mechanics. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Cerro Lindo * Work schedule: 5x2 At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves. Additionally, ensure 100% timely contribution of regulator stope tonnage aligned with the MPP. * Manage performance through established operational and tactical KPIs, implementing action plans to correct deviations. * Manage assigned trucks, validated by the CCOI department, to meet ore extraction plans, being accountable for operational KPIs. * Execute and lead weekly (Tracking) and daily production schedules according to the MPP. * Deliver stopes on time as scheduled in the monthly production program (MPP). * Develop mine department personnel by evaluating performance, potential, skills, and PDI compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree holder and registered professional in Mining Engineering or related fields. * Experience in underground mining, mine management and administration, mining operations planning and control, production program development, and budget preparation. * Knowledge of mine design, underground mining methods, ventilation, solid transport via pipelines, and mining equipment. * Knowledge of structural geology and general geology. * Valid driver's license. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Cerro Lindo * Work schedule: 5x2\.
