Actively engage with the community on social media At HOTEL MYSTIC PARACAS, we are looking for a Commercial Executive. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry \- Graduate of technical or university programs in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter \- Advanced knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.) \- Experience configuring Airbnb, Booking, and other OTAs \- Ability to work under pressure, with high proactivity, results orientation, and commitment to continuous learning. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Achieve assigned company commercial objectives by collaborating to meet revenue and occupancy targets. \- Close sales via WhatsApp, social media, and OTAs \- Follow up on leads until sale closure. \- Provide clear and comprehensive information regarding rates, reservation policies, and hotel benefits \- Monitor, respond to messages and comments to maintain active community engagement.
