Key Responsibilities: **T****a**lento para el PDA La Misión Join our team as an **Integrated Development Manager** and be part of community transformation, promoting the well-being and protection of the most vulnerable children. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Strengthen community organizations and networks of change agents. * Implement community projects focused on education, protection, and child participation. * Monitor health and education cases within communities. * Promote community empowerment and sustainable development. * Document transformation stories and program outcomes. ### **Requirements:** * University or technical degree in Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Agronomy, or related fields. * Experience in community development, social strengthening, and project implementation. * Proficiency in participatory methodologies and work with children, adolescents, and youth. * Proficiency in technological tools and digital communication. * Motorcycle driving license. * Willingness to live and travel within the program’s area of influence. ### **Location:** PDA La Misión ### **We Are Looking For:** Individuals committed to community development, with a service-oriented vocation, social sensitivity, and passion for generating positive impact on children and their communities.
