Position Summary: We are seeking a Supervision Assistant to support the technical and administrative supervision of a public works project, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and applicable regulations. Job stability during the project implementation period **Position Description:** At PROYECTA, we are currently seeking a Supervision Assistant to provide services in the Huancavelica region, under a process regulated by the State Procurement Law. The selected professional will support the technical and administrative supervision of a public works project, in compliance with the Terms of Reference, the requirements specified in the Tender Documents, and current regulations. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Profession:** Civil Engineer or Architect. * **Minimum Experience:** Two (2\) years of professional experience in the execution and/or supervision of construction projects in general, counted from the date of professional registration. * Experience must have been acquired in one or more of the following positions: Specialist, Head, Responsible Officer, Engineer, Supervisor, Coordinator, Assistant, Site Resident, Field Engineer, Production Engineer, or Construction Inspector. * Valid professional registration and license with the CIP or CAP, as applicable. * **Preferred Condition:** Residency in the Huancavelica region or availability to work permanently in the project area. **We Offer:** * Participation in high-impact public sector projects. * Job stability during the project implementation period. * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with the candidate’s experience. * Formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits.
