Currently, we are seeking **Construction Supervisors** to work on the construction and installation of communication antennas for various projects across Peru, located within the District of Lima. Permanent employment, minimum one year. **Job Mission:** * Verify on-site technical compliance with scope requirements in construction, installation, maintenance, and adaptation projects for telecommunications antennas. * Conduct nationwide or regional site visits to verify technical compliance according to the National Building Regulation and the National Electrical Code. * Analyze and manage owner requirements restricting or preventing access to stations, proposing solutions to enable activities. * Coordinate with government entities to obtain, expedite, or regularize permits, authorizations, or notifications related to projects. * Participate in mediation or contingency resolution activities affecting on-site work execution. * Administer final deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring technical and administrative closure. * Maintain interaction with suppliers (daily), government entities (occasional), community stakeholders such as communal presidents or neighborhood committees (occasional), and site landlords (occasional). **What Are We Looking For In You To Join This Opportunity?** * Degree holder, licensed, and registered as an Industrial or Civil Engineer. * 1–2 years’ experience in supervision of civil and construction works. * Desirable knowledge of project management and telecommunications projects. * Residence in Lima or surrounding areas. * Availability for nationwide travel to visit various projects around Lima. * Accommodation, taxis, meals, and flights covered by the client as required. * Use of personal vehicle for travel (fuel reimbursed by the company). * Valid driver’s license (mandatory requirement). **Other Conditions** * Initial contract of 3 months, extendable based on performance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 hrs. * Laptop and corporate phone provided.
