Job Summary: Professional to provide technical support in hardware and software, perform preventive maintenance and system configuration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provides comprehensive technical support to users for hardware and software 2. Performs preventive maintenance and configuration of equipment and systems 3. Coordinates with analysts to resolve failures and communication issues **Requirements** * Graduates / Bachelor’s degree holders or final-cycle students in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computing and Informatics, Technical Support, and Computer Equipment Maintenance * Minimum 1.5 years of experience. * Availability to work on-site in the Lince district. * Knowledge of joining a computer to a domain. * Knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices **Responsibilities:** * Perform technical support services under coordination with immediate supervisor * Provide user support when software and/or hardware issues arise * Perform data backup and restoration. * Preventive maintenance of PCs, laptops and/or printers, peripheral equipment, etc. * Apply service delivery procedure (before – during – after) * Prepare customer acceptance documentation * Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment (computers, printers, and peripherals) * Network and system configuration * Configuration of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and others. * Installation of operating systems and applications. * Install, configure, and maintain printers & photocopiers * Verification, updating, and configuration of systems. * Analyze information requirements of assigned technological processes. * Coordinate with Systems Analysts regarding application failures and with Infrastructure Analysts regarding communication issues. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
