On behalf of our client in the textile industry, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and optimize distribution center operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, achievement of logistics performance indicators, and proper supervision of assigned personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Register and control merchandise inflows and outflows at the distribution center. * Manage and audit inventories, ensuring stock accuracy and availability. * Analyze and manage logistics and operational KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, delivery times, error rate, On-Time In-Full [OTIF]). * Optimize daily logistics processes and report key metrics to management. * Coordinate with operations and store teams to ensure efficient distribution. * Supervise logistics personnel, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational timelines, and guaranteeing no delays in merchandise dispatch. **Required Profile:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably in retail or distribution centers. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, dashboards, and KPI reporting). * Experience in defining, monitoring, and improving logistics and operational KPIs. * Strong character, natural leadership, and ability to lead teams under pressure. * Willingness to travel as required by operational needs. * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred). * Additional skills: results-oriented mindset, proactivity, teamwork, and ERP software knowledge (preferred). **Employment Conditions:** * Full statutory payroll with all legally mandated benefits. * Total salary: S/. 3,500 * Base salary: S/. 2,500 * Mobility allowance: S/. 1,000 **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Ate If you meet the requirements, we invite you to apply through this channel.
