JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Junior Physicist or intern to join the Research and Development (R&D) department, supporting scientific, experimental, and data analysis projects, contributing to the development of technical and innovative solutions. **2. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** Interest in scientific research, analytical ability, critical thinking, and willingness for continuous learning, oriented toward experimental work and analysis of results in a laboratory environment. **3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the development of research and development (R&D) projects. * Conduct measurements, tests, and experiments in the laboratory. * Analyze, process, and interpret experimental data. * Prepare technical reports and documentation of results. * Support calibration and use of laboratory equipment and instruments. * Collaborate with the research team to improve experimental processes and methodologies. **4. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND** * Graduate or final-year student in **Physics**, Physical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields. **5. EXPERIENCE** * 6 months preferred. * Prior experience in pre-professional internships, academic research projects, or laboratory work will be valued. **6. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB. * Excel knowledge for data analysis. * Familiarity with physical simulations and modeling. * Basic knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and equipment. * Fundamentals of statistical analysis. * Interest and basic understanding of scientific research. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
