Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Engineer to supervise daily on-site activities, coordinate progress, ensure safety standards, foster communication, and actively participate in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Daily supervision of on-site activities. 2. Coordination of progress and safety assurance. 3. Active participation in continuous improvement. * Supervise daily activities by being physically present at the site where equipment/machinery is located. * Continuously coordinate daily progress (daily submission of reports). * Establish and ensure compliance with safety standards during work execution. * Maintain formal and open communication with operators. * Actively participate in the organization's continuous improvement process. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related fields; junior engineer. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions within the mining sector or other industries. * Availability to work under atypical employment arrangements.
