Keep information up to date and record payment agreements **Salary:** 1,130.00 (PEN)–4,000.00 (PEN) per month Job Description: On behalf of our client, we are looking for Collections Advisors – Call Center who meet the following profile: **What We Expect From You:** - Currently enrolled in or graduated from university/technical studies (including incomplete degrees). - Availability to work in San Isidro – Hybrid mode. - Availability to work Monday to Friday from 08:45 a.m. to 06:45 p.m., and Saturday from 08:45 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. - Minimum 6 months’ experience in collections involving written-off portfolios, either in-person or virtual. **Responsibilities:** * Make calls to delinquent customers to remind them of their outstanding debts and negotiate possible payment agreements. * Propose various payment options suited to the customer’s situation, such as flexible terms or discounts. * Follow up on agreed-upon payment commitments, ensuring the customer fulfills their obligations. * Respond clearly, courteously, and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns, maintaining empathetic communication. * Keep information regarding outstanding debts, payment agreements, and any other relevant data for collections management up to date. * Record and report all calls made, payment agreements reached, and any other relevant information for customer portfolio tracking. **We Offer:** - Full payroll registration + statutory benefits - Ongoing training - Growth opportunities - Base salary + unlimited commissions Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in collections? * Do you have at least 6 months’ experience handling written-off portfolios? * Please provide a WhatsApp number for contact.
