Job stability Cleam SAC, a leading company in the environmental management sector, is seeking a Collections Assistant to join its team, focused on controlling and tracking customer payments. **Location:** San Miguel **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:50 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute collections management according to billing reports. * Record and monitor daily income from various sources. * Prepare and send service settlements to customers. * Coordinate with the billing department to ensure timely invoice registration. * Continuously update and track the collections portfolio. * Prepare income reports and payment projections. * Provide support in administrative tasks and customer service. **Requirements:** * Completed technical or university studies in accounting, finance, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, accounting, or finance areas. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. * Organized, strong communication skills, and results-oriented. * Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system. * Job stability. * Pleasant working environment. * Opportunities for learning and professional growth.
