Job Summary: We are seeking a pastry assistant to support food preparation and preservation, and to maintain cleanliness in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in preserving raw materials 2. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and utensils 3. Coordinate the quantity of food to be prepared We are a leading educational organization in the sector and are currently looking for a pastry assistant for our Los Olivos branch: **Requirements**: * 6 months of experience in similar positions * Completed secondary education * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 am \- 4:30 pm **Responsibilities**: * Coordinate with the chef regarding the quantity of food to be prepared. * Assist in preserving raw materials and kitchen-use products. * Unpack and store items in freezers and storage areas. * Keep your work area, kitchen, and utensils clean. * Maintain a valid Health Certificate and Food Handling Certificate. * Perform other duties related to area management or other assigned tasks.
