




**Role Objective:** Supervise resources efficiently (equipment and personnel) to fulfill the contract established with the client **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize the daily work of assigned personnel * Verify correct detonator programming and/or wiring * Verify availability of resources for operations, or request them in a timely manner * Inspect blasting operations before and after execution * Ensure the work team has the necessary tools to perform tasks * Collect information and generate reports regarding the blasting process * Conduct site inspections to assess blasting feasibility and safety analysis * Verify magazine square footage and its relationship with loaded shots * Collaborate on planning factory truck replenishment * Ensure the work team meets targets and deadlines * Guide and correct personnel behavior * Ensure the team performs well and that team members develop professionally * Ensure customer needs are met * Coordinate blasting operations with the client and provide process reports * Support measurement, material transportation, wiring, priming, loading, and stemming of blast holes **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field; licensed and registered professional engineer At least 4 years of experience in blasting processes Class A2B driver’s license
