This is how we develop mining—always connected to change, with committed, inspired people in continuous development. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#womentalentinmining** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare, review, and analyze reports generated by equipment. * Develop weekly and annual maintenance plans, coordinating with the planning department. * Manage maintenance KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, availability, reliability. * Schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical equipment. * Solve complex problems in starters, medium and low voltage drives. * Plan and control inspection and maintenance activities for electrical rooms, grounding systems, capacitor banks, etc. * Ensure proper condition of measurement instruments and equipment to guarantee accurate parameter readings. * OPEX budget management. * CAPEX budget management. * Supervise work performed by contractors in the Electrical Maintenance area at the Concentrator Plant. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, registered professional. * 5 years of experience in supervisory roles at concentrator plants. * Knowledge of maintenance management, electrical regulations, instrumentation, automation, mine and plant equipment. * Proficiency in maintenance software (SAP). * PLC programming knowledge. * Valid driver's license. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Cerro Lindo * Work schedule: 14x7 At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves. This is our way of developing mining—always adapting to change with committed, inspired, and continuously growing people. **Join Nexa and become part of the mining that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentInMining** **Responsibilities and Attributes** * Execute scheduled and planned activities within established deadlines to ensure compliance with production programs, advancement targets, and mine area service requirements. * Coordinate and plan routine and priority activities with various operational areas to ensure adherence to the mining plan. * Identify risks and hazards related to personnel and equipment, and develop engineering solutions to mitigate these conditions. * Improve processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, TOC, among others. * Plan mine designs and short-term mining schedules, including short- and medium-term forecasts and budgets. * Plan, research, interpret results, and prepare recommendations, summaries, schedules, and cost estimates. * Provide support and follow-up to contractor companies regarding contract scopes, valuations, contractual deviations, penalty applications, and fulfillment of labor obligations, in coordination with the contracts cell team. * Manage the proper use of management tools and implement new tools as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, and/or Metallurgy. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of underground mining methods. * Proficiency in mining planning software. * Experience in budget development and cost control. **Additional Information** * Mining Unit: Cerro Lindo * Work schedule: 5x2 At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
