




**ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **RM GENEDORES ELECTRICOS S.A.C** Company dedicated to the sale, rental and maintenance of electric generators, requires hiring personnel in the accounting area, Accounting Assistant: **Functions:** 1\. Recording of purchase, sales, accruals, payroll journal entries, fixed assets, cash and bank transactions, etc., in the system. 2\. Review monthly expense and income reports for each accounting closing. 3\. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations. 4\. Verify that accounting entries are correctly recorded and comply with current tax regulations. 5\. Validation of professional service fee receipts via the SUNAT portal. 6\. Preparation of electronic purchase and sales registers on a monthly basis using the Electronic Books Program (PLE). 7\. Preparation of applicable monthly tax returns (e.g., PDT-PLAME, among others). 8\. Issuing invoices, sales receipts and shipping guides upon request. 9\. Supporting procedures with public entities. 10\. Any other tasks required according to circumstances. **Requirements:** · Technical or university degree in Accounting. · Minimum 1 year of experience. · Knowledge of an accounting software system. · Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel. · Mastery of the Chart of Accounts. · Account analysis skills. · Basic tax knowledge (desirable). **Competencies:** · Teamwork. · Proactivity and strong initiative (this will be evaluated). · Responsibility. · Ethics (required value). · Commitment. **Benefits** · Inclusion in payroll. · Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm) and Saturday (8:30 am to 1:00 pm). · Salary: S/ 2,500.00, subject to evaluation.
