Maintains an organized and secure warehouse under quality standards. **Job Title:** Logistics/Warehouse Assistant **Job Mission** To ensure proper receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of hotel supplies, guaranteeing order, timely availability, and reliable records that support operational and accounting management, in compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities Receive and verify goods according to purchase orders and delivery notes. Accurately record receipts and dispatches in systems and Excel-based controls. Store products in an organized manner applying FIFO rotation. Control inventory and reconcile discrepancies with accounting records. Prepare and dispatch orders to various hotel departments. Support periodic physical inventory counts. Report losses, expirations, or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Comply with hygiene, safety, and product handling standards. Requirements Education: Technical or university degree in Accounting (preferred). Knowledge: Microsoft Office (especially intermediate Excel). Inventory control and stock cards (kardex). Experience: Preferred experience in warehouses, logistics, or the hospitality sector.
