**We are looking for**
**A Junior Network and Telecommunications Supervisor Technician**, eager to work within our multidisciplinary teams.

**What do we expect from you?**
* Technician and/or Electronic, Systems, Networks, Mechatronics Engineer or related field
* Class A1 Driver's License (Mandatory)
**Minimum 1 year of experience in:**
* The auditor must conduct audits in person at the customer's home or business, accompanying the technician performing an installation, after-sales service, or repair. These visits will be unannounced and uncoordinated with the contractor carrying out the work.
\- The auditor will also perform post-installation audits, for which they must coordinate with the customer to schedule the visit.
\- Once inside the customer's home or business, the "Field Audits" checklist provided by WOW must be applied and archived in a repository.
\- The auditor must submit a daily and weekly work plan to WOW's coordination staff, specifying the type of audit to be performed, customer name, code and address, personnel assigned to the task, among other details; this plan must be validated by the WOW coordinator prior to execution.
\- Field audit findings must be reported, categorized by field contractor and by installation, after-sales service, and repair.
\- During audits, the following five key points must be reviewed: vehicle, uniforms, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and customer interaction. Additionally, auditors must verify that field personnel comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements defined in the Last-Mile Contractors RFP.
\- Audits must be classified by product type, installing company, maintenance type, and defect type (Q and percentage).
\- All defects identified during installations and repairs must be classified as Critical Defects or Non-Critical Defects; the criteria for such classification will be provided by WOW.
**Employment Conditions:**
* Fully on-site work based in Puno.
* **Must have availability** to respond to emergencies.
* Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
