We are currently seeking a **GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Technician, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * 1 or 2 years of certified experience in administrative roles within the mining sector and/or similar areas. * Experience in tracking documentation and managing dashboards. (DESIRABLE) * Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Process Improvement. (DESIRABLE) * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency (MANDATORY) **FUNCTIONS** * Supervise the provision of food and accommodation for all personnel. * Supervise and monitor food and accommodation providers to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Conduct internal audits. * Review and/or prepare supplier valuations. * Timely inform personnel of their assigned accommodation and meal arrangements. * Coordinate with the Social Welfare Department regarding staff appreciation activities. * Verify compliance with sanitation and quality standards across various contract areas, in accordance with procedures and guidelines established by Management. * Comply with established safety regulations. **BENEFITS** * Pleasant work environment. * Market-competitive salary. * Career development path. * Ongoing training.
