Job Description At **VAL Group**, a business group specialized in general services, architecture, construction, and facilities management, we are seeking a **Junior Architect** to join our technical team and actively participate in design and construction project execution. We seek a dynamic profile with interest in developing expertise in real-field projects and technical management. Responsibilities * Development and modification of architectural drawings. * Quantity take-offs and support in budget preparation. * Support in preparing descriptive reports and technical documentation. * Coordination with engineering departments and suppliers. * Supervision and monitoring of on-site work. * Management and support in municipal procedures (licenses, permits, exterior advertising). * Quality control and compliance with technical specifications. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or licensed Architect. * Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in construction or project execution). * Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. * Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit or other modeling software (preferred). * Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs and ability to read structural drawings. * Willingness to perform on-site work.
