If you are interested in this opportunity and wish to build a career with our company, we invite you to join our team! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Oversee activities related to OCR system operations (cranes and weighbridges). * Manage gate opening procedures at the pre-berth area, either manually or automatically, as coordinated with the Planning department. * Regarding the weighbridge, the Supervisor is responsible for canceling transactions in N4 due to blocks or impediments affecting entry or exit of external units to the Terminal, as well as executing rejections in the PASS system. * During weighbridge operations, the OCR Supervisor is responsible, at the time of container dispatch from the Terminal, for validating containers using images captured by OCR OUT and ensuring the correct container(s) are dispatched according to the information displayed. * Verify and correct data captured by OCRs (cranes and weighbridge) regarding containers, such as ID, ISO type, door orientation, “Hatch covers” operation, bundled containers (e.g., Flat Racks), and all types of exceptions shown in the crane PASS system. * Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system. Monitor container discharge and loading in accordance with the operational sequence in the XPS system. * Monitor the status of the OCR systems’ “Hardware monitor,” identifying color changes to detect real-time connectivity or performance issues and reporting them to the relevant departments. * Identify and report errors or failures related to crane OCR, weighbridge OCR, or the TOS. Also, follow up on fault resolution. * Stay informed during shift handovers about new instructions and directives agreed upon in the previous shift, including RQ handling, appointment projections, crane and weighbridge maintenance work, etc. * Efficiently supervise and manage vacation scheduling, overtime, medical examinations, training, and attendance control for team members. * The OCR Supervisor is responsible for promptly notifying and reporting any emergencies occurring within the Terminal (e.g., workplace accidents, fires, hazardous materials incidents, high-altitude rescues, natural disaster evacuations, man-overboard situations, etc.) **What talent are we looking for?** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership and logistics/operations roles or related fields. * Advanced MS Office proficiency required.
