Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor with experience in executing construction and infrastructure projects for buildings, and specialized knowledge in finishes. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in lightweight construction systems and cladding We are seeking a Site Supervisor A Civil Construction Technician with over two (2) years of experience performing duties as a Site Supervisor in the execution of construction and/or infrastructure projects for buildings is required. Additionally, the following mandatory requirements must be met: - Course and/or Diploma in Building Finishes (plastering Q4, painting, suspended ceilings, and finishing touches), with a minimum of one hundred (100) instructional hours. - Course and/or Diploma in Lightweight Construction Systems: Drywall (metal framing, RH panels, joint treatment, and finishing), with a minimum of one hundred (100) instructional hours. - Course and/or Diploma in Installation of Cladding and Flooring: Porcelain tiles (substrate preparation, adhesives, grouting, cutting, and flatness control), with a minimum of one hundred (100) instructional hours.
