Their primary objective is to ensure the integrity and safety of welds, guaranteeing compliance with required quality and safety standards for operation in a marine environment. Key Responsibilities: * **Welding of metallic structures** * **Compliance with safety and quality regulations** * **Reading and interpretation of drawings** * **Maintenance and calibration of welding equipment** * **Teamwork** * **Requirements from Field Supervisor.** Requirements: * **Certified Welder qualification**, with experience in welding metallic structures and pipelines. * Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc, etc.). * Experience in welding operations in marine or industrial environments. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * Knowledge of welding safety regulations and vessel-based work regulations. * Ability to work in confined spaces and under variable conditions. * Strong teamwork and communication practices. Desired Skills: * Knowledge of welding special materials (stainless steel, alloys, etc.). * Ability to conduct quality inspections of welds.
