Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, supervision of minor construction works, client and supplier management, and engineering drawing preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting. 2. Client and supplier management. 3. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, S10, Microsoft Project, and Office Suite. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree and/or recent graduate. \- 1 year of experience in similar roles. \- Advanced proficiency in: AutoCAD 2D, S10, Microsoft Project, Office Suite. \- Basic proficiency in: SketchUp. **KNOWLEDGE IN CCTV INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE, FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, PUMP ROOMS, AND ELECTRICAL PANELS WILL BE AN ASSET.** **EXPERIENCE:** \- Quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting. \- Supervision of minor construction works. \- Client and supplier management. \- Engineering drawing preparation.
